AOG 2007 Sponsorship Packages
A limited range of Sponsorship packages are available for the AustralAsian Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference which provide organisations with the most effective means of reaching your target audience. Sponsors benefit from a wide range of options to communicate with delegates and exhibition visitors in a creative and engaging way.
While a range of set packages are available we are always
seeking to develop tailored packages designed to effectively
deliver your objectives. Swan Exhibitions will work with
you to achieve a better understanding of your specific requirements,
and create a package giving you the options to promote your
product efficiently.
Official Dinner Sponsor $7,500
This function will be held on the evening of Wednesday 23 rd February in the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is the highlight of the social programme. A relaxed, informal atmosphere will prevail, with fun entertainment provided.
- Signage incorporating company logo prominently displayed at the function 1x (900x1800) freestanding poster, to be located near the stage.
- Option of additional signage (provided by the sponsor) to be displayed at the function.
- Acknowledgement of sponsor by MC
- Opportunity for sponsor to make a short presentation or be interviewed by MC at the Official Dinner.
- Company logo on menu cards
- Company logo on Official Dinner ticket
- 10 complimentary tickets to the Official Dinner function
- One full registration to the AOG Exhibition and Conference including Ice-breaker function
Sundowner x 2 Sponsors $4,500 (each)
The Sundowner Function will provide a great opportunity for networking for all conference delegates and exhibitors to relax and enjoy some fine wine and food overlooking the beautiful Swan River. This function will be held at the Perth Conference and Exhibition Centre on Thursday 24 th February from 6.00 – 7.30.
- Signage incorporating company logo prominently displayed at the function
- Acknowledgement of sponsor by MC
- Option of additional signage (provided by the sponsor) to be displayed at the function.
- One full registration to the AOG Exhibition and Conference including Official Dinner
Conference Lunch (x 2) - 1 x Sponsor each day - $3,500 (each)
The Conference Lunch will be held on Wednesday 23 rd and Thursday 24 th February and will be run in the Perth Conference and Exhibition Centre.
- Signage incorporating company logo prominently displayed at the lunch ( 2 x AO posters, 841x1188mm)
- Acknowledgement of sponsor by MC
- Opportunity for sponsor to make a short presentation or be interviewed by MC at the lunch
- Option of additional signage (provided by the sponsor) to be displayed at the function.
- 6 complimentary tickets to the Lunch
- One full registration to the AOG Exhibition and Conference including Official Dinner and Ice-breaker function.
Satchel Sponsor - $5,000
As the sole sponsor of the AOG Conference satchel your company will receive:
- Company logo (and key message) displayed prominently on satchel
- Distribution of promotional material into conference satchels and into AOG Exhibition showbag provided to exhibition visitors. Anticipating 6,000 visitors through Exhibition.
- One full registration to the AOG Exhibition and Conference including Official Dinner and Ice-breaker function
Exhibition & Conference Lanyard
Sponsor - $7,500
A lanyard is given to every exhibitor and visitor to the Exhibition, and to every conference delegate.. It is expected that around 6,000 people will visit the Exhibition over the three days.
- Company logo and message printed on one side of lanyard, colour of your choice for lanyard and for printing, ribbed with executive clip 15mm wide.
- Distribution of promotional material into conference satchels and into AOG Exhibition showbag provided to exhibition visitors.
- Half page, full colour advert, with editorial, in Australian Oil and Gas magazine – February issue which will be distributed at the expo.
